The applicant must be a freshman in college
or fulfill high school graduation requirements by June 2019
and who is enrolled in either a four-year college or two-year college.*
Submit the application form along with the essay and required documents.**

$2,500 per student (Total 15 students) or visit your nearest PCB branch
Awardees will be notified individually by July 3rd 2019.

*The applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or have earned a GED. The applicant must reside in and demonstrate financial need based on annual income restrictions and limitations for residents of the following counties: Los Angeles County, California ($55,439), Orange County, California ($74,159); Bergen County, New Jersey ($62,399); Queens County, New York ($62,399). Recipients must be available to complete a 2-hour financial education program provided by PCB on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, before receiving scholarship funds on that date. Prior PCB scholarship recipients are not eligible to apply. In addition, Pacific City Bank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
**Required documents: Application Form, Essay, Applicant's Parent(s) or Guardian(s) copy of 2018 Tax Return, including Schedules C, E for businesses for income verification, Latest School Transcript for GPA verification and College acceptance letter for verification.
***Headquarters address: 3701 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 900, Los Angeles, California 90010. Financial education program will be held from 3:00PM – 5:00PM and awards ceremony will be held at 5:00PM on the same day immediately after completion of the financial education program.
